We begin our tour with a stop at an establishment renowned for its mastery in preparing 'cuoppo,' a freshly fried fish that includes squid, sardines and prawns. Ragù Napoletano:
We will continue our journey with one of the most iconic dishes of Neapolitan cuisine: ragù. We will take you to an authentic restaurant where you can savour this centuries-old dish, prepared with a rich tomato sauce and high-quality meat. A true immersion in the gastronomic history of Naples. 

Sfogliatella Napoletana:
Our tour will take us to delight the palate with the sfogliatella, a typical sweet of Naples. We will learn about the art of its artisanal preparation and savour the thin, crisp layers that enclose an irresistible filling.
